It was amazing. The home was very clean, organized, and very well equipped. All the towels we could need, kitchen ware, and best of all SPACE!!! We will never rent a hotel again. Plus between a few people it is a way better deal anyways. Mary was awesome, she was very helpful and totally stress free communication between us. After arriving we decided to have the pool heated so I called the management company. It was on a Saturday and no one was in the office so I left a message. They called me back and said I needed to contact you but I didn't have your number with me (we had left the house and it was back there). When we returned that night there was a note on the door from the management company letting us know that they had turned on the heat and for me to call them to arrange payment per your ok. That is what I call service! You and your management company were a great pleasure to work with. Renting this home was the best decision we made! Thank you!"

The price for this size of a house compared to what we were going to spend on a hotel didn't seem right. I half expected to pull up and find out the house didn't exist! The house was wonderful. I have two children under the age of three. We took our Disney trip with my mother-in-law,father-in-law, and my sister-in-law. THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE! Also, I was amazed at how close we were to the main gate of Disney World. We didn't even have to get on I-4. We were on one main road for about 3 minutes and never had to get out of the right lane, the exit was that close. It was also very easy to get to and from the airport and Universal. One of the best decisions I could have made was to stay in this house. Happy Vacationing to anyone looking to go to Disney!"

Everything was pretty good. We did go and buy a new frying pan, since the cookware was a little sparse. Also, we didn't have any kitchen dishrags, but did borrow some from the villa next door. The towels were a bit sparse in number, but manageable with the washer/dryer. We washed towels every Morning before heading out. Mary Xu was very pleasant to deal with! All in all, a very pleasant experience!"

It was very spacious, bright, clean and up-to-date with modern touches. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen equipped with all the appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.- and it was great having two dining tables that accommodated our families. The private pool was refreshing and even had a covered patio area with table & chairs for extra entertainment. It was awesome having 3 tv's in the house with DVD players so we could watch what we wanted to while the kids enjoyed their movies! This is the ideal place to stay in Orlando...very close to Disney parks & just a short drive to Universal. If you are vacationing with children, this is the place to stay.
